Employee Onboarding Process

Objective:
Standardize the onboarding process for all new employees.

Steps:

  1. HR to send welcome email with joining date & documentation list.

  2. New hire to submit documents before Day 1.

  3. IT to prepare email ID, system access, and workstation.

  4. Manager to conduct orientation and team introduction.

  5. HR to collect signed policies (Code of Conduct, NDA, etc.).

Review Frequency: Every 6 months.
